1984年：
三水县农机三厂改为县农业机械厂，有职工226人，固定资产（原值）198.20万元。为适应县内饮料行业迅速发展的需要，
三水县农机三厂筹建全国首家铝易拉罐生产厂三水县饮料饮料罐制造厂，转产铝质易拉罐两片罐。主要设备以租赁形式（全部租赁金584万美元，分六年会清）引进意大利迈克风公司铝两片罐全自动生产钱，设计能力为年产4200万套。
The
NO.3 Agricultural Machinery Factory of Sanshui County
was renamed as Agricultural Machinery Factory,with
226 employees and fixed assets of RMB 1,982,000(original
value).In order to meet the rapidly growing demand
of the beverage industry in the county,Sanshui No.3
Agricultural Machinery Factory established the first
can making factory in China,Sanshui Beverage Can-making
Factory,to produce 2-pc aluminum easy-open can.The
automatic production line was imported from ltaly
FMI,with the designed capacity of 42 million sets
perannum.
1985年：
三水饮料罐制造厂与广东省外贸开发公司、信托投资公司联营组成广东饮料容器制造公司。固定资产（原值）2134.69万元。

Company to form Guangdong Beverage Can-makong Factory,with
fixed assets of RMB 21,346,900(original value).

88年：
经过技改挖潜三水饮料罐制造厂年生产能力达5400万套罐，年产值3287.49万元。
After
the technical upgrade,the annual production capacity
fo Sanshui Beverage Can-making Factory was increased
to 54 million sets and the annual production value
was RMB 32,874,900.
1989年：
三水饮料罐制造厂开始按原投资总额30％增添设备，年产可达1亿套罐。
Sanshui
Beverage Can-making Factory started to get additional
equipment with 30% of the original investment to increase
the annual production capa city up to 100 million
sets.
1991年：
健力宝饮料厂全资收购三水饮料罐制造厂。原三水县农业机械厂的设备和资产划归三水机械厂。

Beverage Can-making Factory was acquired by Jianlibao
Beverage factory.
1992年：
广东健力
宝集团与美国波尔集团合资兴办健力宝富特容器有限公司。从美国引进1600片/分钟的铝质两片罐罐身生产线和1800片/分钟的易开盖生产线，从德国、瑞士等国引进年产1.5亿套的三片罐生产线和印刷线等技术设备。
Guangdong
Jianlibao Group and Ball Corporation of USA set up
a joint venture,Sanshui JianlibaoFTB packaging Ltd.,which
imported one 1600cpm 2-pc aluminum easy open end making
line from USA,one 3-pc tin-plate can making line and
printing line from Germany,Switzerland,etc..
1996年：
再次从美国新增引进第二条1600片/分的铝质易开盖两片罐生产线，并将铝易开盖生产能力扩大到3600个/分。
Imported
another 1600cpm 2-pc aluminum easy open can making
line from USA and expanded the production capacity
of the aluminum easy open end line to 3600epm.
1999年：
再次把铝质易开盖生产能力扩大到5400个/分。
Futher
expanded the production capacity of the aluminum easy
open end line to 5400epm.
2003年：
增加第3条两片罐生产线。
