公司重视规范化、信息化管理，于1997年开始实施ISO9002认证工作，并于1997年8月取得法国BVQIISO9002认证，2003年2月开始ISO9002（2000）转版实施工作。信息化方面，1999年11月列入国家高新技术发展计划863/CIMS应用工程示范企业。按照"以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化"的指导思想，高起点、高标准、高效率进行信息化建设，组建了高速、稳定、可靠的计算机局域网、广域网、无线网等网络基础支撑环境；成功成功导入并充分应用企业资源规划（ERP）系统，全面实现了规范化、科学化、扁平化管理体系；根据TQM（全面质量管理）、6SIGMA理论，运用数理统计方法，建立从原材料->产品->客户全过程的产品质量信息系统（QIS）；根据制罐行业特点，建立实时采集车间生产现场工况信息系统（MES），实时掌握制造资源的生产进程最新状况；应用大型分布式数据嘛管理系统，实现整个信息系统资源高度共享及无纸化办公。
　　Stressing on standardization and infomation management,JFP started the work of approval of ISO 9002 in 1997 to guarantee the products quality and attained the ISO9002 certificate awarded by the French BVQI in August 1997,which was updated to IS9002(2000) edition in February 2003.The company was named as one of the model enterprises of 863/CIMS applied project of the National HI-tech Development Planning in November 1999.According to "with informationization the driving industrialization,promotes informationization with the industrialization" guiding ideology and carring on high starting point,high standard and high efficiency information construction,JFP has set up network fundation supporting environment for high speed,stable and reliable computer network such as local area network,wide area network,wide area network,cabless network,etc.,successfully introduced and fully applied the enterprise resources planning(ERP)system;management with standardization,science and flatization becomes reality.According to TQM's(total quality management) and 6 SIGMA's theory and using statisticalmethod,Quality informantion System(QIS) from raw material->product->customer has been established.Basing on the performance feature of canmaking industry,JFP has introduced real time Data Collection System to monitor the manufacturing activities and troubleshoot the machine problems. Applying the large-scale distributed data base management system,the whole information system is highly shared together and offic automation is realized in JFP.
